氮化硼润滑喷剂耐**高温，高温情况下仍保持追赶的润滑性能，无毒，无污染，高环保，高化学惰性，摩擦系数较低，耐高压，高电阻，抗热震，抗腐蚀性，导热性好。 

一.产品特性

二.使用方法 Instruction

1.喷涂**定要清理干净待喷物品，不得混有其它不同类型之物质，更不能有粉法尘和油污； 

1. Before spraying, workpiece must be cleaned thoroughly and cannot be mixed with other types of materials, powder dust and oil;

2.喷涂前，要上下摇动喷罐，摇晃均匀，并垂直按下喷嘴**部； 

2. Before spraying, please evenly shake cans up and down, and vertically press the nozzle;

3.距待喷物部位约30-40CM处喷涂，并持续摇晃喷罐瓶身，让喷涂表面均匀覆盖； 

3. Spray from the workpiece about 30-40cm away and continuously shake the can, so as to achieve uniform spraying surface.

4.喷涂物厚度约为15-30μm，产品附着力较强，*喷涂太厚； 

4. Spray the thickness of about 15-30μm. Do not spray exceeding the recommended thickness as theproduct has strong adhesion.

5.干燥表面：于常温约需要1-2分钟，待完全干燥就可使用。 

5. Drying surface: place at ambient temperature for about 1-2 minutes, until the surfaces are completely dried.

6.工作场所注意通风，严禁吸烟，操作人员必须培训上岗，不得拿着产品对着人员喷射，不可利用利器划破罐体，不可撞击罐体。（划破罐体或撞击罐体有危险）。使用完后之空罐严禁再利用。 

三.应用范围 Application

适用于高温保护，高温润滑，高温情况下脱模，离型，抗氧化，金属焊接防焊涂布，金属铸造，锻造，挤型工业，铝水包及导流槽保护，真空镀膜机保护剂，电绝缘涂层，高温绝缘体热电偶保护，高温滚轮保护，挤压设备保护，电绝缘体，玻璃工业，耐高温抗氧化涂层，干式润滑介面，耐腐蚀介面，高温烧结坩埚冶具保护与不粘性，金属零件润滑，轴承等高温高磨耗条件下使用。
